You probably know some people that are grown but haven't really grown up, yet alone glowed up. And I'm referring to the internal glow up. The glow up that indicates wholeness, a purpose-driven life, and evolution.

And that’s exactly why I wrote, How to Glow Up As You Grow Up: Your Go-To Guide for Overcoming Obstacles and Making Lemonade.

We’ve all heard the saying, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.”

But how are we supposed to make lemonade when we have so much unprocessed trauma or symptoms from underlying issues that (half the time) we didn't even cause?

You see, I know exactly what it’s like to face obstacle after obstacle, trial after trial, and loss after loss.

I know what it's like to almost give up but on my personal development journey, I've realized that holding space for my inner child and facing the discomfort that comes along with exploring the past held the keys to my healing.

Inside the pages of my book, you’ll gain the knowledge and experience of someone who has struggled time and time again, yet has been able to navigate through some of life’s darkest moments.

You’ll find encouragement and guidance on how to:

● Find success through hard times

● Overcome obstacles

● Heal from losing a parent

● Stand in the gap for absentee parents by raising siblings

● Cope with incarcerated loved ones

● Keep hope alive when struggling with infertility

And much more...

I’ve also packed the book with transformative activities and exercises that will empower you to reflect on your past and current struggles, so you can gain clarity and initiate the healing process.

What Others Are Saying About The Book...

"I really love the theme of your book and the workshop method it takes on to allow for “self-care” and “personal reflection”. Your stories are relatable. You are a dynamic individual who has overcome insurmountable odds - as many of us have. This story needs to be told/shared - bravo to your bravery and courage."
